Vision One UAS Sdn. Bhd. (VUAS) is a company that provides Precision Agricultural Technologies (PAT) and technical solutions to address technical issues in the agriculture sector, such as reducing uncertainties, managing variabilities in farm management and allowing efficient use of resources. PAT enables distributed data on trees, soil and environmental conditions of large plantation areas which are collected remotely. PAT aids management of plantation areas, disease detection and affirmative actions, as well as yield estimation and forecasting. PAT allows farmers to reduce input costs and increase planting efficiency.
PAT ecosystem is divided into three main elements i.e. Guidance System Technologies (GST), Gathering Information Technologies (GIT) and Reacting Technologies (RAT). These technologies consist of remote sensing and data acquisition techniques via IoT smart devices and intelligent variable rate dispensing of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation and weeding. Smart Agriculture Drones (aerial operations) and Robots (ground operations) are part of the essential ecosystem and functional equipment in the application of these technologies.
